Conceptual Questions: How can society ensure freedom while maintaining control? To what extent is it unacceptable to go against the law? Why should freedom of speech be protected? Why do vigilantes often hide their identities?
Debatable Questions: Whose responsibility is it to maintain the balance between freedom and control? When is it reasonable for an individual to take action?
